Researchers can search through legal news stories, blog posts, and transcripts and more using the news databases on Westlaw and Lexis+.  Once the News content type is selected, researchers can add the search terms into the Search bar.  Researchers can use the filters to narrow the search results and / or create an alert to be notified when new search results appear.

When searching for Wind Energy topics, one tip is that researchers include the Industry code in the search.  The Wind Energy Industry code to be used in Westlaw is 1WI06.  It can be appended to a search with other search terms.

In addition to running particular searches, researchers can subscribe to Energy newsletters that may contain Wind Law stories.  Westlaw, Lexis+, Bloomberg Law and other services will provide an energy newsletter for subscribers.
