The pooled fund will contract with the Internet Archive for digitization services. The following states have requested digitization support:
- California
- Idaho
- Illinois
- New York
- Nevada
- North Carolina
- Oregon
- Texas
While the pandemic caused a delay in completing this objective, digitization began near the end of 2021 and will continue until the end of the pooled fund in February 2025.
