The USDA sets forth training videos and lessons to aid producers in the transition form traditional to non-organic operations. 

Another program the USDA has to assist farmers in the transition from traditional to organic farming is through the National Resources Conservation Service. The NRCS can help creating production plans, financial plans, and more. 

A database to help assist farmers get the information and resources to remove common barriers that exist in the transition to organic.
