GovInfo

This is a service offered by the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO), which provides free public access to official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government. GovInfo replaced the Federal Digital System (FDsys) in early 2016.

Researchers can use either resource for federal legislative research, including statutory history, committee reports, congressional documents and hearings, and select federal legislative bill history.

Clean Water Act
