Category or industry sector can be used to filter or limit search results. In this example, we can limit Bourbon by several different industries. In Beauty & Personal Care, we could be looking for products with bourbon as a possible ingredient or aroma. Food, Food Services, Drinks, Retail, or Leisure would limit the search to bourbon, products with bourbon as an ingredient, bourbon flavoring, sales, or consumer behavior.
