You will get a screen like this:
And if you click "Online access" you'll see something like in this screenshot:
- Every database is different, but the next screen will probably allow you to choose the year you need.
- If the issues aren't listed on that page, look for words like "archive" or "issues" or "back issues" to get to the year you need.
