Many database records for journal articles include links to the articles in full text. Other records contain abstracts and citation information, but not complete articles.
There are four possibilities:
Whenever the full text is not available in the database you are searching, you will see a link that says OU Check for Full Text.
First, check if the article is available in the library.
If the article is not available, you can use Interlibrary Loan to borrow it from another library.
If it is available in print or microform, you can either visit the library to copy it or request it through Sooner Xpress.
Note: OU Check for Full Text works with most library databases, but a few do not contain it. In those cases, go to Discover Local and look up the title of the journal that contains the article you need. From there, you can navigate to the specific article.
