The William Bennett Bizzell Bible Collection, housed in Special Collections on the 5th Floor of Bizzell Library, is primarily comprised of printed Bibles and theological works, from the 15th century through the 20th century. Printed books are supplemented by some manuscript materials, ephemera and similar documents. Bizzell was President of the University of Oklahoma from 1925-1941, and the collection was a gift from his family.

Commentaries on individual gospels, epistles, and other writings are available in Reference starting at BS 1235.3. S64.
