Jessica Ann Tueller

Profile

Professor Tueller writes and teaches in the areas of family law; contracts; gender, sexuality, and the law; and international law. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in the Georgia Law Review, the Tulane Law Review, and the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism, among others.

Prior to joining the College of Law, Professor Tueller was a Forrester Fellow at Tulane University Law School.  She has served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Public Policy at Wesleyan University, worked as a clinical supervisor at the University Network for Human Rights, and completed a Robina Fellowship at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

Professor Tueller earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism.  She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in History and Literature.
