The intent of this guide is to support Project Management MIT 5662.

In this course, you will complete a term-long group project in which you respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the King and Queen of Spain. If successful, you will be granted the dubious honor of sailing of the edge of the Earth for the glory of Spain! In this historical real-world scenario, your group will need to conduct extensive research to:

1. Develop a project plan for the round-trip discovery voyage
2. Prepare a competitive proposal to the King and Queen
3. Present the proposal to the King and Queen
