What is Sooner Xpress?
For information about Sooner Xpress and Interlibrary Loan, see the Interlibrary Loan page. Yes, the library really will mail a book to your home address (you have to pay to mail it back), scan a book chapter and send it as a PDF to your email, and obtain PDFs of any published articles you need that we don't have online. These services are available at no extra charge to all OU faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students.
