Overview of Guide

The study of  the United States Supreme Court is important to many students at the University of Oklahoma.  This guide will help law and undergraduate students begin the research process by finding resources relevant to the U.S. Supreme Court. Some of the resources are available online and some are in print.  Most databases are accessible if you are researching on campus.  If you are off campus, you will need to login with your 4x4 for the licensed databases.  A few databases marked with the asterisk (*) are available only to law students.  For beginners, there is a helpful overview provided by The Supreme Court Historical Society that explains How the Court WorksOpens in new window
