Data Clean-Up
This will be the most interactive and challenging portion of this project, though anyone is capable of learning and participating.
Working Group members doing this task must have familiarity with (or an interest in learning to use) a variety of tools for taking messy, inconsistent data and transforming it into clean, structured data.
These are just some of the tools that can be utilized in the process of cleaning up finding aid data:
