  • Project File - aspace-to-yfad-plus-excel.xpr

• Access to Photo Trello Board

  • Collection from Ready to Load into AS list

• Access to Photo Finding Aid Editing OneDrive Folder

  • Templated Ingest → Templated Sheets - Ready to Load → .xml spreadsheet file for relevant collection (if not already saved as 2003/2004 xml spreadsheet, it must be saved this way before continuing)

  • All Photo Finding Aids → pdf for relevant collection

• Oxygen XML Editor

• Access to Our Instance of ArchivesSpace
