Internship Sites

Internships locations are available in different locations inside and outside of Oklahoma with opportunities for in-person and remote experiences. The current locations are organized by library type - academic, public, school and special (museum, archives, and other special libraries).

OU SLIS partners with library and information centers where students can complete an internship.  For graduate student internships, the site supervisor must hold a MLIS degree.  Sites may contact the Internship Documentation Coordinator or complete the 'host an intern' form for more information about having an intern.
