How to Search for Human Relations

Searching for articles related to human relations can be difficult. Human relations is a multidisciplinary field of study that includes aspects of business, psychology, and sociology. At the University of Oklahoma, students specialize in one of three areas: counseling, organizational studies, and social justice and change.

Instead of using the phrase human relations when searching, use the phrases interpersonal relations or interpersonal communication

You can also use terms more closely related to your specific area of interest, like:

  • diversity AND higher education
  • workplace culture AND women
