Supervisors: If you are discharging books and a note about the time being lost/missing pops up. Please scan the barcode in to the Lost and Missing Google doc here. Please add the date to the following box. You then can just put the book on the proper cart/shelf for reshelving. I've also added these instructions under the troubleshooting box on the Policies, Procedures page. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Please check your emails for some important information about FERPA and ADA, and how it pertains to your positions in Bizzell.  I have also posted this information under the Covid information box as well as new SLA Training box here on libguides.

We now have timers available for checkout! They checkout for 4 hours at a time and are bookable! The DRC (Disability Resource Center) said that a 4 hour checkout will work for most people but some people will need it for longer. So if someone requests more time please change the due time  - no need to ask me. 
The timers live in the phone charger cabinet next to the presentation tools and handheld recorders. The Blu Ray players have moved to the camera cabinet. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I know that many of you have a lot of questions about what to do (these days) about potential exposure to the new Covid variant- Omicron, when it comes to reporting to work. To make it easier to find and understand, I have compiled and edited all the pertinent information about what to do, and when you should and should not come to work. I have posted this PDF on libguides under the "Covid-19 Policies, Procedures & Links" box in Policies, Procedures, & Duties (and updated all the Covid related info there) and have printed this out and posted it up front for you to refer to at any time.
